Swift Aerial Media provides drone photography, aerial videography, virtual tours, real estate media, golf course marketing content, construction progress documentation, land listing media, and commercial property media.

Services may vary based on project scope, location, weather, property access, scheduling availability, airspace restrictions, safety considerations, and client needs.

Quotes and Pricing

Any pricing shown on our website is provided as a general starting range and is not a guaranteed final price. Final pricing depends on project requirements, travel, editing needs, turnaround time, number of deliverables, licensing requirements, and any special requests.

A quote must be accepted before work is scheduled. Additional services requested after the original quote may result in additional charges.

Scheduling and Weather

Drone work is dependent on safe weather and flight conditions. Wind, rain, storms, poor visibility, temporary flight restrictions, airspace limitations, or other safety concerns may require a shoot to be rescheduled.

Swift Aerial Media reserves the right to postpone or cancel any flight if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, including:

• Property address or project location
• Desired services and deliverables
• Access instructions
• Point of contact information
• Known restrictions or special requirements
• Permission to access and capture the property when applicable

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to request media services at the property or location provided.

Drone Flight Limitations

Drone operations may be limited by FAA rules, local regulations, restricted airspace, property conditions, obstacles, people, animals, vehicles, weather, lighting, or other safety factors.

Swift Aerial Media will make reasonable efforts to capture requested shots but cannot guarantee every specific angle, altitude, flight path, or shot request.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary by project type and scope. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Revisions

Reasonable minor revisions may be included depending on the project scope. Additional edits, re-shoots, major changes, or requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be provided with each quote or invoice. Payment may be required before delivery of final files, depending on the project.

Late payments may delay delivery, future scheduling, or additional work.

Media Usage and Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivered media may be used by the client for marketing, listing promotion, websites, social media, presentations, and general business promotion related to the project.

Swift Aerial Media retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership of Raw Footage

Unless specifically included in the project agreement, raw footage and unedited files are not included with standard deliverables.

Raw files may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients should notify Swift Aerial Media as soon as possible if a shoot needs to be canceled or rescheduled.

Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations, inaccessible properties, missed appointments, or situations where the shoot cannot be completed due to inaccurate information provided by the client.

SMS and Electronic Communications

By submitting a form, requesting a quote, or providing your contact information, you agree that Swift Aerial Media may contact you regarding your inquiry, project, scheduling, quotes, invoices, and service-related communication.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, copy content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or limitations caused by third-party platforms.

While professional aerial media can help improve presentation and marketing quality, Swift Aerial Media does not guarantee that a property will sell, rent, book, attract customers, or achieve any specific business result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Aerial Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swift Aerial Media from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of our website, inaccurate information provided, lack of property permission, or violation of these Terms.
