The difference a return trip makes
A twilight exterior is a separate visit inside a twenty-minute window, with multiple exposures blended so the sky, the yard, the roofline and every lit window are correctly exposed in one frame.

FAQ
Common questions
Which service do I actually need?
Selling a property: start with real estate photography, which already includes aerials. Renting it: vacation rental photography. Ongoing job site: construction documentation. Club, resort or venue: golf course video or 360 tours. If you're unsure, send the address and what it's for and we'll tell you what the property calls for.
Do you shoot interiors, or only drone work?
Both, and most shoots are mostly indoors. Interior and exterior ground photography is the core of a listing or rental package; aerials are added on top and captured during the same visit.
Do you edit everything, or do I get raw files?
Everything is delivered finished. Photos are color-corrected, blended and straightened; video is cut, graded and scored. Raw files are not part of a standard delivery.
How fast is turnaround?
Most standard projects deliver within a few days, depending on scope, editing and weather. The delivery window is confirmed in writing when the shoot is booked, so it isn't a guess.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We reschedule. Flying in poor light or high wind produces media you would not want on a listing, and there's no charge for a weather move.
Are you licensed to fly commercially?
Yes. Swift Aerial Media is FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone operations. For properties near controlled airspace — anything close to Jack Edwards in Gulf Shores or the Pensacola corridor — airspace authorization is handled before the appointment, not discovered on site.
How do I get the files, and how do I pay?
Everything is delivered through the client portal: download galleries, share a link with a seller, owner or brokerage, and pay online. Nothing sits behind an expiring transfer link.
Do you work outside Baldwin County?
Regularly — Perdido Key, Pensacola and the surrounding Northwest Florida coast are standard coverage. For anything further out, send the details and we'll tell you whether it makes sense.
